APPLICATION FOR ON-LINE MENTORS

UNITED SISTERS E-Mentoring

Our goal is to create a program that will encourage the development of a meaningful online relationship between each mentor and mentee. To become a mentor you must complete our 3 part application process:

2. Getting to know you Screening
3. Personal References

Each part of this application will take any where from 10-15minutes to complete. All information provided will be kept confidential and in procession of United Sisters Mentoring. This information will not be sold or given to out to any other company or organization. In addition to the personal reference verification, a criminal background check will be required from ALL mentors. Procedure for this background check will be sent separately.
